Privacy Policy

foruplan respects visitor privacy. This policy explains the information that may be processed while the website is operated.

Effective date: 2026-09-18

1. Information processed

foruplan does not currently offer visitor accounts, comments, a contact form, or a newsletter.

If a visitor emails hello@foruplan.com, the following information may be processed:

  • the email address;
  • the name shown in the email; and
  • the message and any files the visitor chooses to attach.

The hosting and security systems may automatically create technical records such as an IP address, access time, browser information, requested page, and error log.

2. Purpose and retention

Email information is used to reply, review correction requests, and handle disputes. It is retained for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Server logs are processed to provide the website, prevent abusive access, maintain security, and respond to technical failures.

3. Hosting and international processing

foruplan uses Hostinger services for its website and email. Data may be processed in the data center and backup regions configured for the account, as well as other jurisdictions used by Hostinger and its service providers.

See Hostinger's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for its current processing and transfer terms.

foruplan does not sell visitor personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, with the visitor's consent, or to service providers that operate the website and email.

The site may link to external hotel, transport, ticket, tour, and travel-service websites. Privacy and cookie practices after leaving foruplan are governed by the external provider's policy.

5. Google Analytics

foruplan uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website-use statistics and improve content and site operation. The default web measurement may process page visits and visitor interactions, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, traffic source, and pseudonymous identifiers used to distinguish visitors and sessions.

In the current Google Analytics administration settings, event-level data is retained for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-data retention period resets when new user activity occurs. These are retention settings for user-level and event-level data. This does not mean that all Analytics data is deleted after those periods. The same retention periods do not apply in the same way to standard aggregated reports.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or comparable pseudonymous identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. Visitors can manage cookies in their browser or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google processes this information as the provider of Google Analytics. More information about Google's processing and visitor choices is available in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data safeguards.

foruplan pages include Google AdSense integration code. Whether ads are being served and whether personalized advertising is being used has not been confirmed. Once the actual scope of advertising is confirmed, foruplan will confirm the information processed, its purposes, and the choices available to visitors and will update this policy.

A Google consent message has been published for the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to present visitor choices relating to Google services. When the message is shown, visitors can make a selection by following its on-screen instructions.

If the scope of advertising or the available consent choices changes, foruplan will confirm the changed processing and visitor controls and reflect them in this policy.

7. Visitor requests

Visitors may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal information where applicable law provides those rights.

Privacy requests can be sent to hello@foruplan.com.

8. Policy changes

This policy will be updated when the site's data practices, service providers, or confirmed settings change. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when a material update is published.
